Because of the type and quality of the dentistry we provide, we do not participate with any insurance plan as a preferred or network provider.
We base our fees on our knowledge, expertise and service. You'll find them consistant with the high quality dental care we provide and consistant with similar high quality practices in the area.
When choosing a health care professional, it is important not only to base your decision on cost but also on the type, quality, scope of services and the traning and expertise of the health care provider. When comparing different options be sure to compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges.
We will gladly provide you with an estimate before treatment begins.. If there is something you don't understand, please don't hesitate to ask us.
We do not participate with any particular dental plan, therefore, you would be responsible for any balances your insurance won't cover. We will gladly file your insurance claims electronically. We ask that you pay any copayments and deductabiles at the time of service.
The type and amount of benefits you have are entirely determined by the type of plan your EMPLOYER has purchased. Contrary to popular belief, your benefits are not determined by the insurance company but by what your employer has decided to pay in premiums for each employee. To help maximize your benefits, please bring a copy of your policy booklet and an insurance form to your first appointment.
